How do you ship and how long does it take for me to receive my order? |
Most items are shipped UPS ground to the shipping address you provide at checkout. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes Or APO/FPO addresses. You will be able to track your order online by logging into your account and hitting the track it button(you will receive more information on how to log into your account upon checkout).
Normal sized items - Fast Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Shipping delays may occur if you plan to have a product shipped to an address that is different from your billing address. If you order on Friday after 2pm EST, Saturday, or Sunday your order will ship out on monday. Orders to the continental United States take on an average 3-7 days for delivery.
Heavy and Oversized Items
We ship heavy and oversized items via common carrier (TV's larger than 25", and appliances).
These shipments take 10-15 business days to arrive.
There are no tracking numbers available with common carrier.
The freight delivery company will call you directly to arrange for a delivery time.
Please be sure to enter in your correct phone number so that the delivery company will be able to contact you.
Television and large appliances are curbside deliveries only, please call 1-888-738-1106 if you need to make special arrangements for delivery.
Television/Appliances orders that are shipping to the west coast may be subject to rate adjustments. You will be contacted with any adjustments that may be applied.

What does Temporarily Out of Stock mean? |
All items marked as "Temporarily Out Of Stock" are normally delivered to your house within 15 days. This usually means we just ran out of the product and we expect it to be back in stock within the week. In some cases hot selling products may be listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase but then become marked as "Temporarily Out Of Stock". If this should happen you will receive an email confirming that your order is backordered. As always your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.
You may also enter your email address and we will notify you the moment the product comes back in stock!

What does Order Pending mean? |
In order to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience, SavingLots vigorously checks to see that all orders placed are legitimate and accurate. In most cases when an account shows a status of "order pending" we have not processed your order and the tracking number has not yet become available. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Once the order is placed and we obtain a tracking number we email that tracking number to the email address provided during the checkout procedure. You also may request the UPS tracking number at anytime by emailing us with your name and order number

How do I return my order? |
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most items purchased from SavingLots.com for a full refund Minus the cost of shipping provided that the product is returned in new condition packed in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. Orders that are returned incomplete may be charged a restocking fee.
Return Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For defective items, we will credit your credit card back for the cost of shipping back to us. For larger items, including Televisions over 27", SavingLots will help to arrange in home repair through the Manufacturer's warranty.
For camcorders, digital cameras, televisions over 32", and portable DVD players, there is a 15-day return policy. We do not accept any returns on Projection TVs or Plasma TVs.
No returns will be accepted for installed Mobile Video or Car Audio products unless item is deemed defective.
To return your order you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from our customer service department. To be issued an RMA# email us at info@savinglots.com or call us at 1 - 888 - 738 - 1106.
Once you receive your RMA# you will refer to this number for all inquiries you make regarding the return. When the returned product is received at our warehouse, we will credit your account or credit card for the price of the product.

Can I pay using a check or money order? |
Yes, you may purchase by using a check or money order. To do so simply click on option 3 during checkout. You will be asked to give shipping address and contact number and email address. Once the order has been submitted you will be given an order number and address of where to send check or money order to. Keep in mind personal checks take 5-10 business days to clear. If a product should happen to go out of stock during this time you will be notified by email so that a full refund or product switch can be arranged.
