Instead, U.P.S. just left a note for attempted delivery we suspect because the package was over 50lbs. Perhaps a shipping company other than UPS can be used in the future. |

My only complaint is that it took too long to get information on the status of my shipment. Even though I read the notice on your site explaining about how there can be delays between what's going on at the warehouse and what information is available to me, it's definitely a weak spot in your business model. That kind of information should be and needs to be real time.

| The service was wonderful! They called me to arrange the delivery and they delivered it when they said that they would, and even put it in my car for me! The only complaint that I would have is that when I went to actually track the package online it didn't give you exact information of where the item is (as Fed Ex and other big name shippers do).
