| My shipment arrived as scheduled. However, the total package, including the pallet it was shipped on, was completely destroyed. The microwave oven was severely damaged and completely beyond repair. The housing and internals were bent, twisted and broken into pieces. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I refused the delivery, and phoned your company, and you immediately shipped out another unit to me. I have not received the second shipment yet. I sincerely hope it will be in perfect condition. I just re-modeled my kitchen and I am ready to install the unit.

| I was a little annoyed that you did not have one of the product but refuse to ship me the others when I paid shipping on all three items. I had to wait a while for my order and a courtesy email was not sent to me. Also when I was ordering it it clearly stated it was instock. It was not until I called and change my order that it was shipped to me. I had to say though it took two days after I change my order for me to recieve my order. This I think was excellent and I am very happy with the product that I got. I have no big issue with you guy. I just think you need to sort out that little problem. I will definitely shop with you guys again. |
