| Product seems fine. Shipping was slow. Shipper sent a post card to tell me to schedule a delivery, instead of calling - and then were unavailable when I called. Shipper's "national" customer service rep was somewhat rude and totally unhelpful. When I finally got through to the local (Baltimore) office, they were pleasant enough.

| For some reason FedEx tracing was not possible for this item prior to its arrival. Nonetheless, it arrived in what seems good condition -- it has not yet been installed in the apartment under redecoration.
I do not know if it had made any difference in my choice but I would have preferred to learn that the item was made in China, before placing the order, not only upon delivery. |

One suggestion for improvement - I had a little tough time getting a tracking number for the shipment. You might want to make sure that area is as efficient as possible.

Response The latest version of the DVB318 firmware does not support component as stated clearly on our website. There is a firmware downgrade you can perform on the unit to get the component output. Instructions to perform this can be search easily on google. |
