| The worst part about the whole experience was the 2-month wait for the product. Due to unfortunate circumstances, it took 3 delivery attempts to finally recieve a unit that wasn't damaged. However, the silver lining was the fact that customer service was so helpful and informative. They were very timely in their responses back to me any time I queried about the status of my order.
