The shipment arrived this afternoon and I could tell by the condition of the box that the package had been mishandled. Then, when I opened the box I noticed that the air conditioner was severly damaged. I was really looking forward to getting this up and running and now it looks like I have got to deal with a big inconvenience and a long wait to get this squared away.
