| I did receive the DVD changer I ordered & at a good price. However I did have to wait aprox. four weeks after ordering for it to arrive on my door step, even though your web site listed the item as being "in stock" when the order was placed (and for the next two weeks as well). The only communication that I received form your company was the order conformation e-mail that came mediately after the order was placed. The e-mails that I sent to ask for a tracking number & to learn the status of my order were never returned. After two weeks I called your "800" number. The person I talked to was friendly & helpful but it still took another 2 weeks to get my order, far longer than the "few days" estimate that I was given. Your customer service and especially your level of communication with your customers will need to improve greatly if you expect repeat business. |

| The product was great, packing was good and customer service was outstanding...
But shipping was SLOW. I ordered the item on Sunday thinking I would have it by the following weekend. I was going by the FAQ on the site which stated all orders received during the weekend would go out Monday and normal shipping time was 3-5 days.
It was shipped via DHL Ground on Wends and arrived at the hub (1 hour from me) on Monday. They had it sitting there until its “scheduled” delivery on Wednesday. Well I needed to have it before then, so I drove there and picked it up. I would have paid for faster shipping if I would have known how long it would take.

The free shipping statement on your web site is very misleading. I ordered the exact same item about 3 weeks after a friend of mine but payed about $15 more. I was told the difference was due to an increase in shipping costs. How can that be if I was to recieve free shipping?
