I was told by the person who took my order that the product would be shipped the next day. The order was placed on Tuesday, and he said that I would receive it by Friday or posssibly on the following Monday. When
I checked to get a tracking number, I was not able to get it till late the following Monday. It appears that it was put into a truck (with many other items) which Fed EX did not pick up until Friday. After receiving the tracking number, I followed the shipment which arrived here on Thursday. The product was ordered on 7/15, and arrived on 7/24. I don't mind that it took as long as it did. What I mind is that I was mislead by your Rep, who was very personable... just felt that he did not tell the truth about the shipping. When the product arrived, Fed Ex left it in the driveway instead of opening my 4ft gate and walking another 4 ft to my front porch (not your fault). I am very happy with the product and price. Just would like to have gotten better info on the shipping.

I had no clue what was going on with my product and finally (6 days after I placed my order) I got an email to request my tracking number. The next day I received my product before I even got my tracking number, so it was useless to me. But overall I was pleased with the price and quality of this product. |
