| The product is fine, but the delivery delays were unacceptable. Order was placed on 8/28. Shipment was started on 9/5, more than a week later. Transit took 6 business days, and then four more days to get to an agreeable delivery date on 9/18. Total time from order to delivery was more than three weeks. I'll try a different vendor next time. |

| The product is excellent, and the service from SavingLots was very satisfactory. . .but the shipping company, DHL, was found to be quite lacking. They did not notify us that they needed further delivery directions once the product reached Savannah, GA. Rather, they just held the product (indefinitely, I suppose). It wasn't until I called DHL and asked what the hold-up was that they addressed the issue. Very lengthy delivery time. |

| SavingLots folks were terrific and the products worked as expected. I'm thrilled and will buy from you again when the need arrives.
However, the power blackout caused some delay and nobody can fault SavingLots for that. If and when I buy again, you will have to find another shipper besides DHL. Their WEB site is the worst with no data and voice communication is impossible. The driver just dumped the box with the V1300 in the driveway and left.
FedEx is far superior in New Mexico and their WEB site is super. |
