I asked about paying for expedited shipping but was told the items would ship the next day from Oklahoma. It turns out only some of them were, the screen was sent from New York and arrived a week later. This caused me to cancel my installation appointment and not have it installed in time for our vacation. |

| Shipping was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for a 1 lb. item. Priority Mail could insure and send a 1 lb. item with delivery confirmation for half the price and half the wait time (2 day delivery)!!! Unless you have a special contract with UPS so you make extra profit on the shipping then you should switch to the Postal Service, because I felt $12.50 for shipping was a ripoff. Other than that it was a good experience. |

They are allowing me to exchange my headrest LCD monitors for an overhead unit and Mark (customer service guy) is giving me a great deal on a dvd player too. I am very satisfied with that! looked around some more and
changed my mind on which one
i wanted. i wanted some jbl instead. the next day the status of the purchase was shipped. i spent about $30 shipping now i had to eat that , wait until they came in ship them back and exchange for the jbl's. about a week later i got a tracking number i tracked my package and saw that the item wasn't shipped until 4 days after they said it was shipped that means that i could have changed my order and gotten the ones i really wanted. i was ticked off. but then the speakers came in and i said what the hell might as well give them a shot and i was pleased. other than that minor problem overall your survice was exellent. i will shop with you all again. a dvd player soon. i am looking for a cheap dvd player to play my dvd-r and dvd+r movies any suggestions.

| I enjoyed doing business with you. I purchased another item which you carry...from another vendor who beat your price. I will not do business with them again because they were very unprofessional. You seem to really care about your customer's experience. The tracking number is always a plus. Also the fact that you followed up after the sale...A+++. The only problem I had with you was "a problem verifying the shipping address with my bank". I called them right before I placed the order and was surprized to learn of a problem. It delayed the shipment 2 days, but I understand you can't be too careful because of the fraud problem. My overall experience with you was excellent and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
