| I was very pleased with the prices of the Gemini UX-1620 series of mics. I ordered the UX-1620MH, and on the website it clearly stated that it was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. After three full work days I still had not received a tracking number let alone the mics. I called customer service and was informed it was back-ordered. Needless to say I was disappointed because this was to be a gift in two days. I had to change my order to something that was in stock and settled on that for the gift, although it was not what I wanted. Now I will have to spend another $70 on the Headset piece that did not come with the re-order. Customer service did apologize and sent my re-order out for next day delivery, but this might have been avoided if I received a phone call or an email that my item was on back-order. If I had never called to investigate I might still be waiting for my mics. Now I am left to search for a headset mic that goes with the UX-1620 series.
Customer service was probably the best part of the transaction. They were helpful when I needed it. |

Well, we love the price and the speaker. I didn't get a reciept
for my purchase. Is that normal? When I ordered it I asked
the sales rep. about the warranty on the speaker. He told
me that is was 1 year. I checked on line with Kicker and
told them where i purchased it and they told me that there was
no warranty because of where it was purchased. That scares
me. Is this true? If so I was lied too. I also had someone tell
me that it was a reconditioned speaker. Is this also true?
The speaker is doing fine and i would like to continue to
purchase things from savinglots but I am not sure what to
think of my experience. ( could you please reply to my questions)?

All products at savinglots.com are brand new factory sealed product. 99% of the time the manufacuter will honor warranty but, because our prices are so low some manufacturers may not honor warranty. If this happens you would simply call us within the warranty period and we will arrange for the unit to be repaired within our service department. If the unit can not be repaired we will replace the unit free of charge. The only thing you are going to be responsible for is the shipping of the product back to us. |

| There were some credit card problems (I had to send/add te shipping address to my CC company) but I never heard back from SavingLots customer service - I know the transaction was done, the package was delievered 7 days after I place my order. It is still in transit to where I am right now. I wish MB in customer service had gotten back to me saying s/he had clarified everything. I hope to enjoy my purchase! |

I placed my order on September 20th. Received an email message on the 23rd saying you needed a phone number for delivery. You received my response on the 24th. But I order wasn't shipped until October 7th and arrived October 13th. Your policy on large items is that they arrive between 5-10 business days after the order is placed. Mine took 13 business days to arrive. Given the apparent lack of caring for your customers, I will never order anything from you again.
