The products we received were good and they came in a timely manner. The reason overall is fair is because you sold our e-mail address and now we receive porn e-mails, we really do not appreciate this. Because of this we will not buy from you in the future. We know it was Savinglots that sold it because usually we give a different address when ordering stuff on the internet and without thinking we gave you the one we did, and now it receives porn.

| There were a couple of hitches with the order. First there was some confusion with alternate ordering adress which was really much my fault, but it still took you a week to e-mail and tell me it was not being sent yet because of that. Second i received the speakers but not the surface mount kit or wire. I fired off an e-mail that night and i you responed the next day andi recieved it next 3 or 4 days. Although you guys forgot to send it you did a good job of getting me the stuff quick. Over-all i think it was a pretty good transaction. I would be willing to order from you again but if the next time was similar to this is think that would be my last time doing business with your company.
