| I was mainly concered about the shipping process since this is a bulky and sensitive item. The coordination of the shipment was not handled very well by the shipping company but Savinglots was very good at communicating with me and the shipping company (DHL)to keep me informed about the status of delivery. Eventually the TV arrived in perfect condition. I will shop here again. |

| Great website but it showed the receiver being shipped the same day as ordered. I think it actually shipped two days later because there was no tracking number available on website. I had to call your toll free number 3 times before I finally got a tracking number. You should stick with UPS because DHL tried to deliver to the wrong house one block North. Luckily, I was tracking the package and called DHL to correct the problem. All things considered - pretty timely shipping - only 5 days. |
