| I placed two orders one on Dec 4 and one on Dec 5. Both items I ordered showed that they were in stock. The first order arrived fine. The second order I have yet to receive (although now it is enroute and should arrive tomorrow 30th). I called customer service and they told me that the item was on backorder at the warehouse, yet on my order it showed shipped two days after I placed the order - yet kept saying waiting for tracking number. (This is when I called CS) My question is if the item was not in stock like your site said it was and it was not actually shipped like your site said it was why was I lied to? I could have gotten this item at another location and had it for Christmas like I should have. Nonetheless, My husband has to wait until we receive the second item in order to enjoy the gift he got for Christmas. Will I ever order from your site again? Probably not. Thank You. |

After investigating the differences, I have determined that the TY40LC12C is a little smaller (older version of stand) and costs less than the TY40LC12P, that I originally bought.
The bottom of the box was extremely wet, but did not damage stand. |

It took forever to receive my order. I ordered it on December 2, when I checked the order status a few days later, it said that my package had been shipped and was awaiting a conformation number. I e-mailed customer service for my cofirmation number like the website says to do--no reply. Finally on December 17 there was a confirmation number on the website. When I went to the confirmation website, I discovered that my package did not even get picked up until December 16. Something needs to be done about shipment notification. |
