everything was fine except the feedback loop on payment and shipping. i paid for the tv the same day i won it on ebay, but i never received confirmation of my payment or shipping until it was actually shipped. the time was about 3 weeks between payment and shipping and a confirmation email would have been appreciated. no other complaints
