| In general my experience with SavingsLots was okay. I don't think that my credit card should be charged until the item is actually shipped. The credit card was charged on Jan. 23rd and the item didn't even ship until Jan. 27. Also, when going to the site to check the tracking number and see what the status was, all it said was "item shipped, awaiting tracking number". The tracking number was never filled in, before we actually got the tv. So, that really does me no good in trying to find out when the item was actually sent out and where it is. I did finally call and that's how I found out when the tv was shipped out. As for the product itself, my husband is VERY pleased with it. |

| Had ordered for christmas.DHL as your carrier is not a good choice for my area.Took to long to get item.The first one recieved did not work properly.After getting Rma and returning item,once again it took to long to get replacement.I finally gave my son his christmas present one month after christmas.I never recieved a email or any contact after I returned the item.Iwas only aware you had recieved the return by tracking through ups.The cost of returning the item should not be mine since it was not my fault the item did not work.I appreciate the fact that it was replaced,I can only suggest that you generate a little more urgency when you have a problem. An email with a tracking # for the replacement would help. Thanks for your follow up. I will shop with you again, just not at christmas. |
